The following information is available on the website for all registered psychologists: Name, Registration Number, City Name, Registration Status.
In addition, business contact information is also available for registrants who have opted to provide information for the College Directory.
The College updates this section of its website on a weekly basis. If you require official confirmation of a registrant’s status, please contact the College in writing.
Registration Status Description
Full Register = registered with no restrictions or limitations
Limitations on Registration:
Limitations - Retired Status: Individuals with this status designation are not licensed for active practice but wish to remain on the College register and maintain use of their registration credential (R.Psych-LR. Retired).
Limitations – Out of Province: Individuals with this status designation are not licensed for active practice in British Columbia, but are registered for active practice in another jurisdiction.
Limitations – Non-Practicing: Individuals with this status designation are not licensed for active practice on a temporary basis, such as individuals on parental or medical leave, or on sabbatical.
Limitations – Registration Committee: Limitations as per Registration Committee. Individuals with this status designation have been registered for active practice with specific limitations or restrictions on their practice resulting from further training or supervision identified during the application process.
Limitations – Inquiry Committee: Limitations as per Inquiry Committee. Individuals with this status designation have been registered for active practice with specific limitations or restrictions on their practice a means of resolving issues identified in an investigation raised by a public complaint or an investigation raised by motion of the Inquiry Committee.
